Postage & Handling

This page is to outline how we will get your orders to you & how much it will cost. Delivery times. General orders go through Australia Post unless other wise specified. Australia Post say delivery will take between 3 & 9 days throughout Australia for normal postage, & Express Post next day delivery in most areas, other areas two days. We pack items daily but post twice per week, delivery times start when we post, not when you order. We may also be out of stock on an item, but will let you know if that is the case. Innotek Products are delivered via courier & will need to be signed for. Postage & Handling Costs Padded envelopes (non trackable) • Small item such as 1 Martingale collar $4.50 • Medium items or multiple small items, such as 2 Martingale collars $5.50 • Insurance add $5.00 for first $100.00, $1.10 every $100.00 there after. Pre Paid Parcel Post Satchel (non trackable) • Items up to 500 grams $7.00 • Items from 500 grams to 3kgs $11.00 • Insurance add $5.00 for first $100.00, $1.10 every $100.00 there after. Express Post Satchel (trackable) • Items up to 500 grams $9.00 • Items from 500 grams to 3kgs $13.00 Lost items in post. We rarely loose items in the post, however it can happen. We advise you to assess the postage costs wisely, standard post has no way to track an item, Express post does. We are also happy to insure your package at your cost, but cannot replace lost items if you have taken no insurance or no way to track the parcel. To Insure the parcel it is an additional $5.00 which will cover you up to $100.00, items over $100.00 cost $1.10 per hundred dollars.
